Pharmaceutical Product Return Policy

This return policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for returning pharmaceutical products purchased from AJAC Supplies, hereinafter referred to as “the Company,” to ensure customer satisfaction, safety, and compliance with applicable regulations.


Customers may be eligible for returns under the following circumstances:

  1. Defective or Damage Products: Customers may return pharmaceutical products that are defective or have arrived damaged. The Company will inspect the returned product to verify the defect or damage.
  2. Incorrect Product Shipment: If the Company ships the wrong pharmaceutical product to the customer, the customer may request a return.
  3. Expired Products: Customers may return pharmaceutical products that have arrived expired.

The following situations are excluded from the return policy:

  1. Product Tampering: Returns will not be accepted for pharmaceutical products that have been tampered with, altered, or used inappropriately.
  2. Change of Mind/s: Returns for pharmaceutical products due to customer change of mind, dislike of the product, or ordering errors are not eligible.
  3. Prescription Medication: Prescription medications are non-returnable due to regulatory restrictions.
  4. No cold chain items can be returned.
4.Return Procedure

Customers requesting returns must adhere to the following procedure:

  1. Contact customer support: Customers must contact the Company’s customer support within five days of receiving the product, providing details of the issue and requesting a return authorization.
  2. Return Authorization: The Company’s customer support will provide the customer with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions for returning the product.
  3. Packaging: The customer must securely package the pharmaceutical product to prevent further damage during return shipping.
  4. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for shipping the returned product to the address provided by the Company’s customer support. The customer must include the RMA number on the package.
5.Inspection and Refund
  1. Product Inspection: Upon receiving the returned product, the Company will inspect it to verify the defect, damage, or expiration.
  2. Refund or Replacement: If the product is found to be defective, damaged, or expired, the customer may choose to receive a refund or a replacement product of equal value. The refund will be processed within five business days using the original payment method.
  3. Shipping Costs: The Company will refund reasonable return shipping costs if the return is due to a defect, damage, or expiration. If the return is due to an incorrect product shipment, the Company will cover the return shipping costs. 
6.Compliance with regulations

All returns of pharmaceutical products will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations governing pharmaceutical products and consumer protection.
